Free movements allow you to listen to your body and intuitively adapt the exercises. The practice is complemented by breathing exercises and meditation that help you find inner peace and concentration. Whether you are a yoga newbie or an advanced practitioner, I will accompany you on your path to more harmony and well-being.
I am Julia, an enthusiastic yoga teacher and nutritionist with a deep connection to holistic health. My travels to India and my fascination with Ayurveda have had a significant impact on my work. In my mentoring, which is inspired by Ayurvedic principles, I combine individual yoga practice, tailored nutritional advice and healthy everyday routines. The focus is on the person as a whole, with the aim of promoting sustainable balance and well-being. Together we create space for inner peace, physical strength and a more fulfilling life.
