Yoga
Yoga is a very old Indian science that exercises, trains and promotes the body and mind at the same time.
Yoga - what does the word actually mean? The term 'yoga' comes from the Sanskrit root 'yuj', which means 'union'. Yoga offers you more than just a movement program, it is the union of body, mind and soul.

The physical exercises (asanas) strengthen the entire musculature, improve flexibility and mobility and train the sense of balance. The mindful execution of the exercises teaches us to be consciously present in the body. In addition to physical exercises, breathing and meditation exercises are also central components of yoga.
Regular yoga exercises / asanas bring many benefits, such as
- better health and a better immune system
- it can relieve back pain and helps you sleep better
- it strengthens the bones and muscles
- and gives you more energy and joy of life.

Pilates
Pilates is a systematic whole-body workout that primarily targets the deep muscle groups of the torso (pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles). These muscles are responsible for correct and physiological posture. Starting from the center of the body, a strong center (powerhouse) should be formed to optimally straighten the spine. This can prevent various complaints in everyday life, such as back pain.
Pilates training combines strength exercises, stretching and relaxation exercises with conscious breathing.

Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa Flow is a flowing and dynamic form of yoga. Sun salutations and postures (asanas) are practiced dynamically and with smooth movements. Successive postures are repeated to create a flowing vinyasa flow.
flowing Vinyasa flow. Asanas strengthen the muscles and promote stamina, balance and flexibility. By bringing breath and movement together, body and mind are brought into harmony. Regular practice increases your vitality and energy and leads to inner balance. The classes are suitable for all levels and there are also advanced classes in this style.

Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a very calm form of yoga. By holding positions for a long time, mainly sitting and lying down, by sinking into a gentle stretch, you find inner peace and a deep breath. The positions are held for between three and five minutes, which also awakens and stretches the deeper layers of your body (fascia).
The connective tissue, ligaments, tendons and joints, the yin elements of your body, are also addressed.
This class offers a good balance to active body movements performed with muscle strength (yang element).
It is also suitable for an active, hectic, perhaps stressful everyday life, to balance and find your inner balance.

Yoga basics
In this class, you can take time to get in touch with your body, your breathing and individual basic asanas (postures). In this way, slow and flowing sequences can be created step by step.
Suitable for yoga beginners as well as people of all ages. Even if you have many physical limitations, this class will not overtax you. With the help of a mindful approach, we will ensure that you can feel comfortable in your body, with everything you bring with you.

Vinyasa&Yin
In this class, we practise a varied yoga together based on the yin-yang principle. We explore the slow and the fast, the gentle and the strong, letting go and activating and everything in between. In this way, we allow our body and mind to explore the different facets of life and at the same time explore ourselves. We practise observing our inner and outer selves, encourage acceptance and surrender to these states and thus strengthen our physical and mental well-being. We explore, we listen to ourselves, we move and release, we let go and come back to our own life force, the source of life itself.

Meditation
In meditation, thoughts are brought to rest. Through mindfulness or concentration exercises, the mind can calm down and collect itself. The goal is a state of “inner peace”. This is about the mind's own control. Our attention and the activity of the mind should not be constantly distracted or controlled by external stimuli or internal impulses. In meditation, we learn to become alert and thus to control our mind with our own will.
From a medical and psychological point of view, meditation is useful for reducing everyday stress and hecticness, finding inner peace and improving the ability to concentrate. Meditation can help you to find access to a positive attitude to life and a zest for life. It brings inner peace and creativity. It can also help you to improve your sleep, deal better with stress and generally strengthen your entire immune system.
