Dive into an Intensive Hands-On Adjustment Training

This workshop is specially designed for yoga teachers who want to refine their teaching skills and deepen their connection with their students. You will learn the art of safe, effective, and empowering adjustments that respect each student’s unique body and individual practice. Discover techniques to improve alignment, build stability, and provide support that helps students grow confidence on the mat.

We work with the fundamentals of touch and explore how to use your hands consciously, clearly, and functionally to promote safety, guidance, and body awareness. You will practice “reading” the body, recognizing energetic and physical boundaries, and adapting your adjustments to different levels and yoga styles.

You will leave with practical tools and the confidence to apply them directly in your classes.

By the end of this workshop, you will feel inspired, empowered, and more grounded in your role as a yoga teacher. You will gain not only technical skills but also a renewed connection to your purpose of guiding people on their yoga journey. This workshop is a space for learning, exploration, and growth—perfect for anyone wanting to deepen their ability to support students both physically and energetically.
