Daniela invites you to more than one activity - Early Bird Yoga is the perfect start to a day full of positive energy and serenity. Enjoy 45 minutes of pure relaxation and strengthening exercises that refresh your body and mind. She leads you through flowing sequences and breathing exercises that strengthen your muscles and invigorate your mind. Daniela not only brings physical balance to her classes, but also encourages you to find mental and emotional balance. The class is suitable for every level, the goal is to leave each class feeling strengthened and harmonious.

As a special highlight, you will receive an exclusive little surprise on your first participation as a thank you for your early-rising motivation!

Daniela discovered the fascinating world of yoga in her youth and now shares her profound enthusiasm. After training as a yoga teacher at an authentic Indian school, she has mastered the art of balancing her career, motherhood and personal yoga practice.
