General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Anjali Studio Basel

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers of Anjali Studio Basel (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”), in particular courses, workshops, private sessions, online offerings, retreats, as well as the sale of memberships and gift vouchers – both online and on-site.
2. Registration & Contract Conclusion
Registration for courses, workshops, retreats, or private sessions is binding and may be made online, by email, by telephone, or in person.
By registering, the participant agrees to these GTC.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in CHF (Swiss Francs). Current prices are available on the website or at the studio.
Payments are due in advance and, unless otherwise agreed, must be made before the start of the booked service.
Accepted payment methods: cash, Twint, bank transfer, or electronic payment systems (for online purchases).
4. Memberships & Online Purchases
Multi-session cards and memberships (e.g. 10-class passes, monthly or annual memberships) are personal and non-transferable.
They can be purchased online or at the studio. The validity period begins with the first booked class or on a start date defined at the time of booking.
Online purchases are binding. Refunds are excluded, except in the case of proven technical errors during the purchase process or in justified exceptional cases.
Extensions are only possible in cases of illness, accident, or pregnancy, upon presentation of a medical certificate and written notification.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless a different expiration date is stated.
They are transferable but non-refundable. Cash payment is excluded.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for all offerings (courses, workshops, private sessions, retreats), subject to availability.
6. Cancellations & Withdrawal
Regular classes:
Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the start of the class; otherwise, the session will be charged.
Workshops, events & personal training:
– Up to 7 days before: free cancellation
– 6 to 2 days before: 50% of the fee is due
– Less than 48 hours before: 100% of the fee is due
Retreats:
Registration for retreats is binding. Separate cancellation policies apply and will be communicated at the time of booking the respective retreat.
7. Changes to the Offer
The Studio reserves the right to adjust course times, content, or instructors at short notice or to cancel offerings for valid reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure).
There is no entitlement to specific instructors or formats.
8. Health & Liability
Participation is at one’s own responsibility. Customers confirm that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the offered services.
In case of health concerns, consultation with qualified medical professionals is recommended.
The Studio assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or health consequences, unless they are caused by gross negligence or intent.
No liability is accepted for personal belongings or valuables.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is treated confidentially in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law.
It is used exclusively for booking processing and for providing information about offers (e.g. newsletters).
Data will not be shared with third parties unless explicit consent is given or there is a legal obligation.

10. Copyright
All content of the Studio (texts, images, videos, course materials) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without written consent.
11. Place of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Basel-Stadt, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
