Weekly classes with Anna

Hi, I’m Anna, and I’m so excited to be sharing Vinyasa + Yoga Nidra with you every Tuesday night at Anjali. 

We’ll start with a Vinyasa flow and end with a restorative Yoga Nidra practice — a form of guided meditation that helps calm the mind, reset the nervous system, and leaves you feeling grounded and refreshed. 

Whether you’re totally new to Yoga Nidra or just in need of a midweek reset, you are welcome! 

My yoga journey started during my ballet training and deepened while I was traveling and navigating the rollercoaster of early adulthood. 
In 2019, I completed my 200 hour RYT in Rishikesh, India. Since then, I’ve continued learning and teaching — with additional certifications in Yoga Nidra, Holistic Health, Prenatal Yoga, Ayurvedic sciences, and even Astrology.  I love blending all these teachings into classes that support both your physical and energetic body. Holding space and offering guidance for you to drop into your body, ease your mind, and connect  to your intuition.
