SAVINA
I teach flowing vinyasa yoga as well as yin yoga and meditation at Anjali Studio. One of my passions is the creativity in the design of the classes. No two classes are the same, so they move body and mind out of the comfort zone.
My training ranges from Vinyasa to Yin Yoga, mediation and coaching to Pilates.
I would never have thought that yoga would play such a big role in my life! Starting with my first visit to a yoga class 17 years ago, I was immediately captivated by the way I move my body in coordination with my breath. As my knowledge of yoga and its history grew, I also realized that not only did the asanas strengthen and heal my body, but the entire philosophy of yoga has changed and enriched my life forever. I am grateful that I followed the call of my heart, have been teaching yoga for 10 years now and was able to found the Anjali Studio in 2016.
It enriches me every day to be on this path of yoga with all my students, all the teachers and these wonderful experiences.
