Linda teaches calm yoga classes with flowing and strengthening elements. She weaves breath and movement patterns together, placing a strong focus on alignment and gentle asanas.
Linda first came into contact with yoga several years ago, and since then a regular practice has become an increasingly important part of her daily life. Through yoga, she has found a valuable balance that helps her deepen the connection to her body and quiet the mind.
In 2024, Linda completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training in Bern and is now excited to share what she has learned and experienced in her classes.
