Basics of Pilates:

Pilates is a whole-body workout. It promotes coordination, stability, strength and flexibility, as well as the connection between body and mind. One-sided and stressful everyday stress can lead to tension, shortening and restrictions. Pilates gives you alignment, length and posture again. The principle of centering, which is fundamental to Pilates, will stabilize and strengthen your muscles in the middle of your body. You will feel more stable and "more upright". Pilates is a great workout that is not only good for your body, but also for your mind.

Hi! I'm Alexandra. For me, yoga and Pilates are more than just exercise. It helped me to get more in touch with myself and to switch my "thought carousel" to silent or at least quieter. I also quickly noticed what a great balance it is to my office job. My neck pain, my headaches and my general well-being improved significantly. I would like to pass this experience on to other people and let them feel how good this type of exercise can be. I am very well trained in various types of yoga (yoga therapy, inside yoga, inside flow, aerial yoga, yin yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, etc.) in Thai yoga massage and have basic Pilates training.

My classes are time for you, in which you can exercise healthily and do something good for yourself. I look forward to seeing you.
