Andrew Mournehis brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, transpersonal counseling, and creative healing work. His classes combine Hatha, Bhakti, and Tantra yoga with philosophy, meditation, and inspiring stories. In this intensive weekend workshop, he will provide an in-depth introduction to the world of yoga philosophy, including the Yoga Sutras, Yamas and Niyamas, and the foundations of an authentic teaching role – vibrant, practical, and transformative.
Coming from a diverse and eclectic yoga background, Andrew teaches a combination of Hatha, Bhakti and Tantra Yoga. His creative, joyful and heart-filled teaching strengthens the body, soothes and clears the mind, while enlivening and enriching the spirit through both postural and universal alignment.
His unique teaching style is imbued with heart and soul, rich in tantric philosophy and his classes are filled with inspiration, storytelling, mantra and the spirit of the Divine. Andrew has spent over 20 years facilitating many healing groups, workshops, intensives and retreats both nationally and internationally working with the healing potential of Yoga, Movement, Tantra, Mythology, and Transpersonal Modalities. He brings to his work over 16 years of experience in Transpersonal Counseling and Art Therapy Techniques, 19 years of Yoga Teaching and over 25 Years of experience in the Creative Arts Fields.
Andrew is leading the philosophy module at Anjali Studio for the second time together with Savina, once again enriching the Teacher Training with his depth of experience and heartfelt presence. His teaching is inspiring, profound and deeply touching — he creates spaces where everyone feels seen, welcomed and hero. With clarity, wisdom and genuine warmth, he guides the trainees on both an inner and professional journey, leaving a lasting impression on all who study with him.
