To celebrate I want to invite you to a seasonal ceremony dedicated to the alchemy of change. Together, we will honor the lessons gathered in the darkness—the rest, the solitude, and the deep restoration—as we prepare the soil of our hearts for the seeds of the future.

Somatic Grounding: A gentle asana flow to soothe the nervous system and anchor your energy.

The Medicine of Cacao: A heart-opening ritual with ceremonial cacao to soften the mind and amplify your inner voice.

Guided Inquiry: A reflective journaling practice to clarify the intentions you are ready to bloom.

Sacred Rest: A restorative Yoga Nidra journey to honor your inner wisdom and energize your dreams for the future.
