These 3 x 3 hours fun and interactive workshops are designed to deepen your understanding about your breathe, your body and your movement practise.
As a yoga teacher or movement therapist this will help to create a solid foundation of teaching others in a safe and effective way.

Workshop 2 - Lower Extremity: Gait and alignment from
the feet up.
Workshop 3 - Upper extremity: Stability of the shoulder
girdle and arm.

Rachel Ellery, Anatomy Teacher & Therapist in osteopathy
Rachel is an international anatomy and movement teacher that specialises in teaching yoga students and teachers awareness of the structure and function of how their bodies move. Her personal mantra “educating and moving the world one body at a time” stems from over 24 years of hands on experience and 15 years of teaching.
Trained at the British School of Osteopathy, Rachel teaches alongside internationally renowned yogis in their teacher trainings, including: Les Leventhal, Tara Judelle, Kaya Peters, Tanya Kaps, Cat Kabira, Emily Kuser, Denise Payne, Bex Tyrer, School of Sacred Arts, Tina Nance and Beate McLatchie.
