Workshop - Ashtanga Yoga - AYI Methode

Ashtanga Yoga nach der AYI Methode bringt Atmung und Asana, Anspannung und Konzentration zu einer Einheit zusammen. Man kann Ashtanga Yoga sowohl als eine umfassende Körperarbeit oder auch als eine Atem-Meditation in Bewegung bezeichnen.

In diesem Workshop lernst oder vertiefst Du den traditionellen Sonnengruß „Surya Namaskara A“ und „B“.

 

Wir befassen uns mit den ersten stehenden Positionen, die „Fundamentals“ und lenken die Aufmerksamkeit auf körperliche Ausrichtung (Alignment) und finden Modifikationen für Neueinsteiger oder Yogis mit Erfahrung. Atem und Bewegung fließen ineinander, so dass ein kraftvoll-dynamischer Flow entsteht.

Wir üben ausführlich, finden Modifikationen für alle Levels und es gibt Zeit für Fragen.

 

Ashtanga Yoga according to the AYI method combines breathing and asana, tension and concentration into a unity. You can call Ashtanga Yoga both as a comprehensive bodywork or as a breathing meditation in motion.

In this workshop you learn or deepen the traditional sunshine "Surya Namaskara A" and "B". We deal with the first standing positions, the "Fundamentals" and draw attention to physical alignment (alignment) and find modifications for newcomers or yogis with experience. Breath and movement flow into each other, creating a powerful dynamic flow.

 

We practice extensively, find modifications for all levels and there is time for questions.

PROGRAM:

FRIDAY 27. October 2017 / 6 pm - 8 pm (2h)

TOA OF YOGA FLOW

This Class will be a perfect blend between strength and softness, using Taoist movement to challenge

the Yogis balance, coordination and strength followed by a smooth transition toward Yin poses cooling 

and slowing down the practice to a point of stillness. Leaving the practitioner into a relaxed state of mind.

 

SATURDAY & SUNDAY 28-29. October 2017 

9:00am - 12:00pm & 13:30pm - 5pm

Yin Yoga Sessions merging Asana, Pranayama and Dharana (concentration) -

Anapanasati, Meditation or breath awareness.

2 sessions with a lunch break in-between on both days.

• Studying the 5 Hindrances to Meditation

(The obstacles to meditation and how to overcome them) 

• Patañjali Analysis of Yoga

(“Yoga Citta Vritti Nirodha” exposed)

the 8 Jhanas (The spiritual path ofYoga & the meditative absorption)
