Yoga and teaching have been loyal companions in my life for many years. Every week I get great joy from getting moving together with wonderful people and starting the evening consciously.
My yoga journey began in 2011 in Hamburg and Basel. It was the first practice that touched me deeply physically, mentally and emotionally and continues to inspire me to this day. Yoga offers valuable support in every situation in life, with almost endless possibilities for adaptation and combination. When I teach, I can share this passion and enter into an inspiring exchange.
I lead the weekly Yoga Basics class at the Anjali Yoga Studio. It invites you to explore your inner space at a mindful, calm pace and with appropriate challenges and is particularly suitable for beginners. In my Sunday classes I also teach Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I look forward to seeing you!
