Yoga has been a part of my personal life for some time now. In 2021, I completed my training in Hatha Vinyasa in Biarritz and initially focused on the more dynamic aspects of yoga. The discovery of Yin enriched my own yoga practice with a deep sense of connection and calm. I would like to pass on these experiences in my classes and thus create space for relaxation, inner peace and balance.
The 30 minutes of Yang Yoga at the beginning of the class consist of energizing, activating poses and flowing sequences. In the calm, more meditative Yin Yoga section that follows, the focus is on letting go, breathing and concentrating on the present moment. In Yin, the asanas and stretches are held passively for between three and five minutes.
The resulting balance of yin and yang brings calm and centeredness to your everyday life. This practice is suitable for all levels.
